OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated April 13, 2007, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Justice to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement, on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen in Right of the Province of Nova Scotia, respecting the disclosure of circumstances of death information, in the form set out in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation.
