OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated July 13, 2000, and pursuant to

Section 16 of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to: (

a) approve the issuance of a release of a 16.5 foot wide right of way by the Minister of Natural Resources over a parcel of private land situate adjacent to Caribou-Munroe's Island Provincial Park, Pictou County, and shown marked in red on the plan marked

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, to 2537888 Nova Scotia Limited of New Glasgow, Pictou County, for the consideration of $1.00; and (

b) authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
