Order in Council 1231/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

A proclamation in respect of the Good Government Act, 2006 be issued in the form set out in the Schedule.

We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, name,

September 30, 2016 as the day on which the following provision of the Good Government Act, 2006 , c. 19, which amends the Labour Relations Act, 1995 , comes into force:
