OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated December 10, 2013, and pursuant to subsection 8(1) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act , is pleased to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to: (

a) accept the transfer of administration and control, together with a right of way, from the Government of Canada of land located at Little Bass River, Colchester County, containing 0.33 hectares (0.81 acres) and shown in bold as Parcel 2012-03 on the plan marked

Schedule "A", which is attached to and forms part of the Report and Recommendation, at no cost; and (

b) execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
