OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated March 4, 2011, and pursuant to

Section 7 of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to: (

a) acquire land located near Panuke Lake in Halifax County and Hants County, Nova Scotia, being identified as PID 45061702 and 00404996 and shaded dark grey on the map marked

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, from Atlantic Star Forestry Ltd., its respective executors, heirs, trustees, administrators and approved successors and assigns for a maximum purchase price of $950,000 plus any legal fees, appraisal or survey costs, subject to the condition that Atlantic Star Forestry Ltd., its respective executors, heirs, trustees, administrators and approved successors and assigns be able to certify title to the land in a manner deemed sufficient by the Department of Justice, and (

b) execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
