OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic Development dated February 6, 2003, and pursuant to Sections 7(1)(a), 7(1)(b), 7(2) and 7(3) of
Chapter 30 of the Acts of 2000, the Nova Scotia Business Incorporated Act, is pleased to approve the amendment of Order in Council 2001-153 dated March 30, 2001, to change the expiry date of the term of Keith C. Boulter, Sheila A. Brown, Maurice Guitton, Alastair MacLeod, James W. Gogan, John Risley and James A. Sapp, to November 1st in the year when the term of the member of the Board of Directors of Nova Scotia Business Incorporated otherwise expires.
