Order in Council 1140/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Jennifer Griffith was reappointed as full-time member of the Assessment Review Board for a fixed term of three years, effective February 8, 2020, by Order in Council O.C. 149/2020;

And

whereas Jennifer Griffith tendered her resignation effective July 2, 2022;

Therefore, pursuant to

section 3 of the Assessment Review Board Act , Order in Council O.C. 149/2020 be revoked effective July 2, 2022.
