Under the authority of
section 2 of the Young Offenders Act
Canada
) and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act
, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order.
ORDER
The Provincial Court of Newfoundland is designated as a Youth Court with effect from
April 2, 1984
for the purposes of the Act.
