B.C. Reg. 164/2010 , deposited June 14, 2010, pursuant to the SCHOOL ACT [Sections 78 and 175]. Order in Council 358/2010, approved and ordered June 11, 2010.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective July 1, 2010,

section 8 (8) of the Francophone Education Authorities Regulation, B.C. Reg. 212/99, is amended by striking out "Supreme Court Rules," and substituting "Supreme Court Civil Rules,".
