OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia dated September 22, 2016, and pursuant to subsection 3(2) of
Chapter 94 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia 1989, the Consumer Services Act , is pleased to, effective December 5, 2016: (
a) revoke the appointment of Catherine Smith as Director of Consumer Services, which appointment was made by Order in Council 2011-10; and (
b) appoint Michelle Waye as Director of Consumer Services.
