Order in Council 374/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 5 of O. Reg. 279/99 made under the Development Corporations Act (Ontario) (the “Regulation”)

Mara Bakic , of Toronto, Ontario

be appointed at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council as a member of the Ontario Immigrant Investor Corporation, and as such becomes a member of the board of directors of the Corporation, and designated as Vice-Chair for the board of directors, for a period not exceeding three years, effective from the date of this Order.
