HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of the Province of British Columbia, enacts as follows:
Acts repealed
1 The following Acts are repealed:
(
a) Health and Social Services Delivery Improvement Act , S.B.C. 2002, c. 2;
(
b) Health Sector Partnerships Agreement Act , S.B.C. 2003, c. 93.
Consequential Amendment
Community Services Labour Relations Act
Section 7 (3) of the Community Services Labour Relations Act, S.B.C. 2003, c. 27, is repealed.
Commencement
3 This Act comes into force by regulation of the Lieutenant Governor in Council.
