OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources and Renewables dated July 8, 2024, and pursuant to clause 16(1)(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Natural Resources and Renewables: (

a) issuing a lease for the purpose of operating and maintaining a quarry for aggregate removal to Quality Concrete Inc., or its successors or permitted assigns for Crown lands currently identified as portions of PIDs 20108601 and 25163627, containing approximately 35 hectares (86 acres), as shown shaded dark grey and outlined in bold on

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation; and (

b) executing such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
