MILLWRIGHT TRADE AMENDMENT REGULATION

1 The Millwright Trade Regulation (AR 290/2000) is
amended by this Regulation.
2 The title of the Regulation is amended by striking out
"MILLWRIGHT" and substituting "INDUSTRIAL MECHANIC
(MILLWRIGHT)".
Section 1 is amended
(
a) by repealing clause (
c) and substituting the
following:
(c) "stationary rotating equipment" means any type of
plant, industrial machinery or mechanical equipment
and without limiting the generality of the foregoing
includes
(
i) stationary and industrial engines;
(ii) steam and gas turbines;
(iii) pumps;
(iv) heat exchangers;
(
v) conveyor systems;
(vi) gears and speed changers;
(vii) mining equipment;
(viii) logging equipment;
(ix) compressors;
(
x) fluid power systems;
(xi) air blowers and vacuum pumps and fans;
(xii) gas and air dryers;
(xiii) refrigeration;
(xiv) power transmissions;
(xv) couplings and clutches;
(xvi) prime movers;
(
b) in clause (
e) by striking out "millwright" and
substituting "industrial mechanic (millwright)".
Section 2(a), (
b) and (
c) are amended by striking out
"millwright equipment and machinery" and substituting "stationary
rotating equipment".
Section 3 is amended
(
a) in clauses (
a) and (
b) by striking out "millwright
equipment and machinery" and substituting "stationary
rotating equipment";
(
b) by adding the following after clause (b):

WILDLIFE (2017 HUNTING SEASON - MINISTERIAL)
AMENDMENT REGULATION

1 The Wildlife Regulation (AR 143/97) is amended by this
Regulation.
Section 30(17) is repealed and the following is
substituted:
(17) A supplemental antlerless white-tailed deer licence authorizes
and only authorizes the hunting of antlerless white-tailed deer, only
in the areas specified in the licence and only during an open season
for the hunting of antlerless white-tailed deer.
Section 45(1) is amended by striking out "that bear a mark
acceptable to the Minister".
Section 60(
a) is amended by striking out "41(a)" and
substituting "41(2)(a)".
Section 130(4.2) is amended by striking out "204, 230 to
238" and substituting "208, 228 to 242".
Part 2 of
Schedule 11 is amended by repealing item 4
and substituting the following:
