Order in Council 955/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 26/2023, dated January 19, 2023, Mary T. Rose was appointed as a member of the Town of Orangeville Police Services Board for a period not to exceed two years effective from January 19, 2023;

And

whereas Mary T. Rose has, in writing, effective May 8, 2023, resigned her appointment;

Therefore pursuant to

section 27 of the Police Services Act , as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 26/2023 dated January 19, 2023, appointing Mary T. Rose as a member of the Town of Orangeville Police Services Board, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
