Order in Council 1509/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 9(2) of the Metrolinx Act, 2006 , S.O. 2006, c. 16, Order in Council numbered 1394/2022, dated October 27, 2022, re-appointing Janet Ecker as a member of the Board of Metrolinx is hereby revoked, effective the date this Order is made.
