OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Internal Services, dated February 19, 2019, and pursuant to

Section 77 of

Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act is pleased to authorize the Minister of Internal Services entering into a net debt obligation resulting from additional capital and operating expenses to support the forecasted cost of providing disaster recovery services of the consolidated provincial and health business services at the secondary data centre as follows: Capital of $988K in fiscal year 2018-2019, Operating Expense of $3.355m in 2018-2019 and Operational Expense budget increase of $4.178M annually starting 2019-20 for the 5 years of the contract, plus two two-year options.
