Order in Council 1359/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999 , Samia Makhamra of Toronto be reappointed a full-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of one year, effective the later of February 8, 2019, or the date of this Order in Council.
