CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Physical Therapists Act, 1984 (Assented to May 12, 1994) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title This Act may be cited as The Physical Therapists Amendment Act, 1994. S.S. 1983-84, c.P-11.1 amended The Physical Therapists Act, 1984 is amended in the manner set forth in this Act.

Section amended Clause 8(2)(

j) is repealed.

Section is repealed. New sections and 36.1

Section is repealed and the following substituted: Annual register A36 On or before February in each year, the college shall file with the Minister of Justice and the minister a list, to be called the annual register, certified by the registrar to be a true list, showing: (

a) the names of all members of the college as at December in the preceding year; (

b) the addresses of the members mentioned in clause (

a) as shown by the records of the college; and (

c) the respective dates of admission to membership in the college of the members mentioned in clause (a). Annual report A36.1 The college shall file an annual report with the minister in the form, with the contents and in the time prescribed by the minister@. Coming into force This Act comes into force on proclamation.
