Order in Council 898/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

the portion of highway in the township of Butler (unsubdivided), in the District of Nipissing, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, and shown as

Part 1 on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-3420-9, filed with the Record Services Unit, Northeast Region of the Ministry of Transportation at North Bay on April 16, 2020, be designated as a secondary highway pursuant to

section 40 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act , R.S.O. 1990,

Chapter P.50 as amended; and

order in council O.C. 3486/58, dated October 2, 1958, designating the above-mentioned highway as secondary highway, shown on Plan P-3420, be amended so as to cease to apply to the portion of highway shown as

Part 1 on Ministry Plan P-3420-9;

order in council O.C. 351/86 dated February 7, 1986, designating the above-mentioned highway as secondary highway, shown on Plan P-3422-4, be revoked.
