Order in Council 1213/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas pursuant to Order in Council numbered O.C. 372/2021 Bruce William Chapman was further reappointed as a member of the Ontario Police Arbitration Commission for a further period effective from April 11, 2021 and ending on December 31, 2021.

And

whereas on July 26, 2021, Bruce William Chapman resigned his appointment as a member of the Ontario Police Arbitration Commission.

Therefore , pursuant to subsection 131(2) of the Police Services Act , as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 372/2021, dated March 25, 2021, be revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
