OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated May 30, 2012, and pursuant to
Section 9 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to, effective May 30, 2012: (
a) revoke Orders in Council 2010-19 and 2011-181; and (
b) designate the following members of the Executive Council to be members of the Treasury Board, a committee of the Executive Council: Honourable Maureen MacDonald, Honorable John MacDonell, Honourable Ramona Jennex, Honourable Leonard Preyra.
