OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Community Services dated July 7, 2009, and pursuant to Sections 4 and 5 of
Chapter 130 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Disabled Persons Commission Act, is pleased to appoint: Ralph Ferguson of Pictou (Community Representative) William (Bill) Crawford of Yarmouth (Community Representative) Brian Tapper of Dartmouth (Community Representative) H. Jane Warren of Wolfville (Community Representative) Marcie Shwery-Stanley of Sydney (Community Representative) Shanta Dhir of Truro (Community Representative) as members of the Disabled Persons Commission, each for a term of two years commencing October 6, 2009, and to designate Brian Tapper as Chair of the Disabled Persons Commission for a term of two years also commencing October 6, 2009.
