Chapter 18 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1998, the Municipal Government Act, Repealing the Manual of Financial Accounting and Reporting Practices for Municipalities in Nova Scotia and Replacing it with the Municipal Accounting and Reporting Manual, made by the Minister on April 19, 2000, and which regulation is set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation.
