Order in Council 1790/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 9(1) of Ontario Regulation 43/02 made under the Development Corporations Act , the Lieutenant Governor in Council shall appoint a person to be the chief executive officer of eHealth Ontario;

Now therefore , pursuant to subsection 9(1) of Ontario Regulation 43/02, the following individual be appointed as the chief executive officer of eHealth Ontario to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council commencing on the date this Order in Council is made and not extending beyond January 1, 2019 or the date on which Ontario Regulation 43/02 is revoked, whichever comes first.
