OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Finance and Treasury Board dated March 27, 2024, and pursuant to
Section 35 of
Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act , is pleased, effective April 9, 2024, to approve a borrowing plan for the fiscal year 2024-2025, comprising the borrowing of money by the Minister of Finance and Treasury Board for terms greater than three hundred and sixty-five days to a maximum aggregate amount of $2,898,200,000.
