Order in Council 754/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 2(2) of the Executive Council Act, Order in Council OC -1306/2023, dated September 4, 2023, which appointed the Honourable Rob Flack, Minister without Portfolio as Associate Minister of Housing, Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing is hereby revoked, effective June 6, 2024.
