OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal dated June 16, 2015, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal entering into a Memorandum of Understanding with Provincial Holdings Limited, a Crown corporation of the Province of New Brunswick, and Transport Canada, regarding the operation of ferry service between the Provinces of Nova Scotia and New Brunswick, in the form as set out in
Schedule “A”, attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
