Order in Council 571/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas pursuant to paragraph 4 of subsection 5(1) of the Toronto Waterfront Revitalization Corporation Act, 2002 , the Lieutenant Governor in Council, the federal government and Toronto city council may jointly appoint one member to the board of directors of the Toronto Waterfront Revitalization Corporation;

Whereas pursuant to subsection 5(5) of the Act, the board member appointed jointly by the Lieutenant Governor in Council, the federal government and city council is chair of the board;

Whereas subsection 5(4) of the Act provides that a board member is eligible to be reappointed;

Now therefore , pursuant to subsection 5(4) and paragraph 4 of subsection 5(1) of the Act,

Stephen Diamond of Toronto

be reappointed as a member of the Board of Directors of the Toronto Waterfront Revitalization Corporation, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding one year, effective March 21, 2022.
