OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated March 15, 1999, and pursuant to
Section 19 of
Chapter 268 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Maintenance Orders Enforcement Act, and
Section 10 of
Chapter 388 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Reciprocal Enforcement of Judgments Act, is pleased to designate the Territory of Nunavut as a reciprocating state for the purposes of the Maintenance Orders Enforcement Act and for the purposes of the Reciprocal Enforcement of Judgments Act, effective on, from and after April 1, 1999.
