Order in Council 467/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Leonard Lyn of Mississauga, reappointed by O.C. 891/2021 as a part-time Lawyer member of the Consent and Capacity Board, has resigned from his appointment effective January 2, 2024;

Now therefore , pursuant to the Health Care Consent Act, 1996 , Order in Council numbered O.C. 891/2021 be revoked.
