Statute: Crane Operators and Power Engineers Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Environment and Labour dated December 4, 2001, and pursuant to Sections 6, 7, 29 and 30 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia, 2000, the Crane Operators and Power Engineers Act, is pleased to: (

a) determine the fees for members of these boards as follows: Crane Operators Examination Committee - $100 per day; Crane Operators Appeal Board Members - $150 per day; Chair - $400 per day; Power Engineers and Operators Board -$100 per day; Power Engineers and Operators Appeal Committee Members -$150 per day; Chair -$400 per day; (

b) determine that travel and living expenses shall be paid to members of these boards and committees in accordance with government policy.
