OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Environment and Labour dated April 7, 2005, pursuant to

Section 18 of the General Blasting Regulations made pursuant to

Section 82 of

Chapter 7 of the Acts of 1996, the Occupational Health and Safety Act, is pleased to: (

a) reappoint Arthur Baxter of Donkin, Cape Breton Regional Municipality, as a member of the Board of Examiners for the Certification of Blasters for a term of office of three years commencing April 22, 2005; and (

b) fix the remuneration for Arthur Baxter to be at the rate of $100 for each day he necessarily attends as a member of the Board of Examiners for the Certification of Blasters, to the business of the Board, in addition to reasonable and necessary expenses incurred by him in the discharge of his duties.
