OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated April 13, 2007, pursuant to
Chapter 155 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Executive Council Act, and to
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the
Interpretation Act, is pleased, effective April 17, 2007, to revoke the appointment of the Honourable Ronald M. Chisholm as Acting Minister of Agriculture and Acting Minister responsible for the Maritime Provinces Harness Racing Commission Act, which appointment was made by Order in Council 2007-75 dated February 8, 2007.
