OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture dated November 2, 2023, and pursuant to Sections 7 and 8 of

Chapter 7 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Agriculture and Rural Credit Act , and Sections 9 and 17 of the Nova Scotia Farm Loan Board Regulations , N.S. Reg. 205/2018, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2018-304 dated November 29, 2018, is pleased, effective on and after November 9, 2023, to amend the terms and conditions of the business loans to Lightfoot & Wolfville Vineyards Limited as outlined in

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, and which loans were previously approved by Order in Council 2016-180 dated July 19, 2016, and Order in Council 2017-179 dated June 23, 2017, subject only to minor amendments to the terms of the loan as approved by the Nova Scotia Farm Loan Board as do not materially change the risk of the loan.
