OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated March 11, 1999, pursuant to subsection 7(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to approve of the Minister of Natural Resources acquiring by gift on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen in right of the Province of Nova Scotia, two lots of land containing a total of 40 acres+ at Barkhouse Settlement, Halifax County, from Gordon Sears and Roger J. Aggas, their Heirs or Assigns, shown outlined in red on a plan marked

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation and to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to have executed the necessary documents to effect this purpose.
