OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated September 6, 2011, and pursuant to
Section 14 of
Chapter 393 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Regulations Act, is pleased, effective on and after September 27, 2011 to: (
a) revoke the appointment of John W. Traves as Registrar of Regulations, made by Order in Council 2010-319 dated August 10, 2010; and (
b) appoint Rachel Jones as Registrar of Regulations.
