Statute: Gaming Control Act Liquor Control Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated December 16, 1998, pursuant to

Section 38 of

Chapter 4 of the Acts of 1994-95, the Gaming Control Act, and to clause 2(

l) of

Chapter 260 of the said Revised Statutes, the Liquor Control Act, is pleased to: (

a) revoke Order in Council 98-162 dated April 8, 1998, which Order assigned supervision of the administration of

Part II of the Gaming Control Act to the Honourable Kenneth MacAskill, a Member of the Executive Council; (

b) assign supervision of the administration of

Part II of the Gaming Control Act to the Honourable Keith W. Colwell, a Member of the Executive Council. (

c) revoke Order in Council 98-163 dated April 8, 1998, which Order assigned supervision of the administration of the Liquor Control Act to the Honourable Kenneth MacAskill, a Member of the Executive Council; and (

d) assign supervision of the administration of the Liquor Control Act to the Honourable Keith W. Colwell, a Member of the Executive Council.
