Article 4 of the St. Anne Community and Nursing Care Centre By-Laws is pleased to appoint Ms. Nancy Ann Britten- Boudreau of Arichat, in the County of Richmond, as a member of the Board of Trustees of the St. Anne Community and Nursing Care Centre for a term of office of two years commencing the 1st day of September, A.D., 1991, and ending the 1st day of September, A.D., 1993.
