OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated February 19, 2007, and pursuant to
Section 7 of
Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to: (a)\x09(i)\x09purchase property identified as Parcel Identification Number 55000210, Cape Split, Scots Bay, Kings County containing 15.70 +/- hectares (38.8 +/- acres), and shown highlighted in yellow on
Schedule "A" attached to and form part of the report and recommendation, from Candace Stevenson and Kathy Moggridge, their respective executors, heirs, trustees, administrators, and approved successors and assigns for $107,000.00, subject to the condition that Candace Stevenson and Kathy Moggridge, their respective executors, heirs, trustees, administrators, approved successors and assigns be able to certify title to the land in a manner deemed sufficient by the Department of Justice; and \x09(ii)\x09purchase property identified as Parcel Identification Number 55000368, Cape Split, Scots Bay, Kings County containing 15.26 +/- hectares (37.7 +/- acres), and shown highlighted in yellow on
Schedule "B" attached to and form part of the report and recommendation, from Blaine E. Huntley and Irene Huntley, their respective executors, heirs, trustees, administrators, and approved successors and assigns for $80,000.00, subject to the condition that Blaine E. Huntley and Irene Huntley, their respective executors, heirs, trustees, administrators, approved successors and assigns be able to certify title to the land in a manner deemed sufficient by the Department of Justice. \x09(b)\x09execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
