Order in Council 366/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 2(2) of the Executive Council Act , the following Orders in Council are hereby revoked:

Order in Council OC -1055/2022, dated June 24, 2022, which appointed Michael Tibollo, Minister without Portfolio, as Associate Minister of Mental Health and Addictions.

Order in Council OC -1056-2022, dated June 24, 2022, which appointed Charmaine A. Williams, Minister without Portfolio, as Associate Minister of Women’s Social and Economic Opportunity.

Order in Council OC -1302-2023, dated September 4, 2023, which appointed Nina Tangri, Minister without Portfolio, as Associate Minister of Small Business.

Order in Council OC -756/2024, dated June 6, 2024, which appointed the Honourable Vijay Thanigasalam, Minister without Portfolio, as Associate Minister of Housing.

Order in Council OC -757/2024, dated June 6, 2024, which appointed the Honourable Sam Oosterhoff, Minister without Portfolio, as Associate Minister of Energy-Intensive Industries.

Order in Council OC -758/2024, dated June 6, 2024, which appointed the Honourable Stephen Crawford, Minister without Portfolio, as Associate Minister of Mines.

Order in Council OC -759/2024, dated June 6, 2024, which appointed the Honourable Trevor Jones, Minister without Portfolio, as Associate Minister of Emergency Preparedness and Response.

Order in Council OC -1104/2024, dated August 16, 2024, which appointed the Honourable Kevin Holland, Minister without Portfolio, as Associate Minister of Forestry and Forest Products.

Order in Council OC -1105/2024, dated August 16, 2024, which appointed the Honourable Graham McGregor, Minister without Portfolio, as Associate Minister of Auto Theft and Bail Reform.
