Order in Council 1363/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 5 (1) of the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing Act,

Kate Manson-Smith

be appointed Deputy Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing, effective December 9, 2022, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years from the effective date of this appointment.
