section 148 of the Labour Relations Code.

1 The Market Enhancement Recovery Fund Distribution

Regulation (AR 29/2009) is amended by this Regulation.

Section 6 is amended by striking out "January 31, 2017"

and substituting "January 31, 2018".

Succession Act.

1 The Preferential Share (Intestate Estates) Regulation

(AR 217/2011) is amended by this Regulation.

2 The following is added after

section 1:

Expiry

2 For the purpose of ensuring that this Regulation is reviewed

for ongoing relevancy and necessity, with the option that it may

be repassed in its present or an amended form following a

review, this Regulation expires on December 31, 2021.
