OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Energy and Mines dated September 2, 2020, pursuant to
Section 16 of
Chapter 5 of the Acts of 2014, the Electricity Efficiency and Conservation Restructuring
(2014) Act, and subsection 3(7) of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to order and declare by proclamation that
Section 14 of
Chapter 5 of the Acts of 2014, the Electricity Efficiency and Conservation Restructuring
(2014) Act, do come into force on and not before October 6, 2020.
