OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Communities, Culture and Heritage dated March 18, 2015, and pursuant to

Section 4 of

Chapter 315 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Nova Scotia Museum Act , is pleased to: (

a) reappoint Bruce Dodge of Halifax Regional Municipality (Dartmouth) and Sharon Ross of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as members of the Nova Scotia Museum Board of Governors for a three year term commencing May 5, 2015; and (

b) order that the Province shall defend, negotiate or settle claims or charges made against the above appointees in their capacity as members of the Nova Scotia Museum Board of Governors and indemnify them from personal liability in connection with any such claims, provided, however, that the Province is satisfied that the claim arises out of their activities in relation to their appointment and is not based on fraud or criminal activity and where the Province so defends them, the Province will be in control of the case
