OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated February 2, 2011, and pursuant to
Section 18 of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the
Interpretation Act, and
Section 9A of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased, effective February 8, 2011, to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Jim Boudreau as ministerial assistant for the Department of Fisheries and Aquaculture; (
b) revoke the appointment of Gary Burrill as ministerial assistant to the House Leader; (
c) revoke the appointment of Howard Epstein as ministerial assistant for the Department of Community Services (Co-operative Housing); (
d) revoke the appointment of Lenore Zann as ministerial assistant for the Department of Tourism, Culture and Heritage; (
e) appoint Jim Morton as ministerial assistant for the Department of Economic and Rural Development and Tourism; (
f) appoint Pam Birdsall as ministerial assistant for the Department of Communities, Culture and Heritage; (
g) appoint Mat Whynott as ministerial assistant to the Minister responsible for Youth; (
h) appoint Sidney Prest as ministerial assistant for the Department of Fisheries and Aquaculture; and (
i) appoint Lenore Zann as ministerial assistant to the House Leader.
