OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations dated September 5, 2002, and pursuant to
Section 19 of
Chapter 34 of the Acts of 2001, the Lobbyists' Registration Act, is pleased to make regulations respecting lobbyists' registration in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and after October 1, 2002.
