OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Petroleum Directorate dated December 20, 1999, pursuant to

Section 12 of

Chapter 147 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Energy and Mineral Resources Conservation Act, is pleased to approve the delegation by the Energy and Mineral Resources Conservation Board of all powers, duties or authorities conferred or imposed on the Energy and Mineral Resources Conservation Board by the Energy and Mineral Resources Conservation Act and regulations made thereto, with respect to the administration and enforcement of the Nova Scotia Onshore Geophysical Exploration Regulations to the Administrator appointed by the Minister responsible for the Nova Scotia Petroleum Directorate pursuant to the said regulations, effective on, from and after February 23, 2000.
