Order in Council 655/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

the portions of highway in the Town of Atikokan (Geographic Township of Schwenger), in the District of Rainy River, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, as described below:

Parts 1 to 5 inclusive on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-3148-15, being a Crown Land/Assumption Plan registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Rainy River as Misc. 180;

Parts 1, 2 and 3 on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-3148-23, being a Reference Plan deposited in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Rainy River as 48R-3737; and

Parts 1 and 2 on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-3148-24, being a Crown Land Plan registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Rainy River as Misc. 280,

be designated as secondary highway pursuant to

section 40 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act , R.S.O. 1990,

chapter P. 50, as amended; and

Order In Council number O.C. 1391/84 dated May 17, 1984, designating a portion of the above mentioned highway as secondary highway, be amended so as to cease to apply to that portion of highway shown as

Part 1 on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-8219-4 being a Preliminary Assumption Plan registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Rainy River as Misc. 173.
