OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated September 8, 2021, and pursuant to

Section 66 of

Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2017, the Accessibility Act, is pleased to, effective October 5, 2021: (

a) appoint Dr. Katie Aubrecht as the Legislative Reviewer of the Accessibility Act to undertake a comprehensive review of the effectiveness of Accessibility Act in accordance with the Terms of Reference set out in

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation; (

b) continue the appointment at the pleasure of the Governor in Council for a period ending not later than December 31, 2022.
